Overview
Flat feet (pes planus) in children are very common and usually resolve naturally by age 6–8. Intervention is only needed when flat feet cause pain, affect function, or are associated with a rigid deformity.

- Tiring quickly during activity
- Shoes wearing unevenly
- Difficulty with certain footwear
